Based on this update from Settlers Irrigation District, we are expecting irrigation water to be available by Friday, April 25th, if not before.  Once water is released, we need to wait for the canals to recharge and debris to clear before we turn on our pumps.  

We have recently seen quite a few “shed” or “outbuildings” being constructed that have not been approved by the Architectural Control Committee.  As a reminder, any shed or outbuilding needs to be approved by the ACC prior to starting any construction.

With rainy weather on the horizon, Ada County residents are urged to ensure nearby storm drains are clear to help prevent localized flooding.
