To report an issue with common area landscape, including full trash/pet waste cans, excessive watering, broken sprinklers, dead grass, low hanging branches, fallen branches, debris, poor maintenance, send an email including the nearest address or GPS coordinates and a photo if possible to landscape@bristolheights.org.

For all other issues, please reach out to our management company at boise@sentrymgt.com.  Be sure to include the name of our subdivision, Bristol Heights, as well as your name and address.  Please allow one business day for them to respond.

If you are experiencing an irrigation valve leak and need an emergency shutoff of our irrigation system, call our management company at (208) 323-1080.  Please also visit the WATERING page.

Our management company handles day-to-day operations and provides customer service to owners and residents.  The board provides oversight and governance of the Association.  If you are unable to communicate with our management company effectively, please reach out to the board at help@bristolheights.org.
