BHNA GOVERNING DOCUMENTS
The Bylaws outline the governance structure for the Bristol Heights Neighborhood Association. This includes election cycles, board member eligibility, as well as the duties and responsibilities of board members. Bylaws also include information for creating an annual budget as well as determining assessment amounts and collection procedures.
The Articles of Incorporation for the Bristol Heights Neighborhood Association are filed with the Secretary of State and provide the legal basis of the association in the form of an Incorporated Non-Profit Corporation.
The Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&Rs) are publicly recorded deed restrictions that govern the Bristol Heights Neighborhood. They aim to ensure consistency, maintain property values, and protect the rights and interests of all homeowners. They are also used to provide guidelines to what homeowners can and cannot do to their homes and property.
