The 2019 Annual Meeting of the Bristol Heights Neighborhood Association, Inc. ("Association") will be called to order on November 14th, 6:30 P.M. at Lowell Scott Middle School, located at 13600 W McMillan Rd, Boise, ID 83713.
The 2019 Annual Meeting of the Bristol Heights Neighborhood Association, Inc. ("Association") will be called to order on November 14th, 6:30 P.M. at Lowell Scott Middle School, located at 13600 W McMillan Rd, Boise, ID 83713.

(Please note that registration will begin at 6:00 PM – early arrival before encouraged)

The AGENDA and purpose of the meeting shall be to:
​
Review the business and financial status of the Association.
Approve minutes of meeting(s) of the members.
Review and act on the resolutions adopted on May 13, 2019.
Review, vote and approve the sale of real property to the Idaho Transportation Department ("ITD").
Elect three members to serve on the Board of Directors for the next 12 months.
Conduct any further business to properly come before the meeting.

It is important that all members of the Association attend this meeting since these activities will impact all owners. Should you desire to cast your vote by proxy or absentee ballot, please fill out the Proxy form and complete your ballot sent by regular mail in late October. As of this posting (Nov. 13), proxy ballots must be hand delivered to the Board during the annual meeting.

A description of the property to be transferred to ITD will be available at the meeting, and copies are available upon request from our manager, Chuck Degenhardt, at (208) 323-1080, or by email to cdegenhardt@sentrymgt.com.

Article VII, Section 4 of the Declaration requires the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the members to approve the sale of common area.Â
