Streetlights are owned and maintained by the City of Boise.  

Residents are NOT authorized to tamper with or attach vegetation to City property. 

To report a streetlight outage, go to https://www.cityofboise.org/departments/public-works/street-lights/ to submit a request.  The City is usually very responsive and completes maintenance requests within a very short turnaround time.

The Association is aware of certain dark areas along the main road.  A committee has submitted a request for new streetlights to be installed in these areas and we expect work to begin in late 2026 or early 2027.  To view these dark areas, use the Bristol Heights GIS Viewer and turn on the Dark Areas layer from the layer menu in the upper right corner.
